As for the overall experience of the airline? Well done! Starting with the crew of the ship, we can already talk about the organization of the team on this flight, namely, even at the briefing, which is taking place with the crew of the ship, I noticed complete mutual understanding, everyone treats each other very well and jokes a lot.
As for discipline, the commander of the ship keeps everyone in check and everyone obeys only him, without giving any indulgences. As for clothes, this is a separate topic, everyone is very well dressed in their uniform style of Pegasus Fly, I did not notice a single un-ironed line of men's trousers and not a single dirty shoe, everything shines as it should, the status of the airline is visible.
As for communicating with the crew on the plane, I noticed only positive features, everyone was very friendly and responsive, even when the flight attendant came across a not very pleasant person who could not properly formulate the question and began to be rude, even in this case, the flight attendants did not leave smile from the face, here you really feel the professionalism of communication.
As for food and drinks at Pegas Fly, I will tell you only from the economy class side, since I was not able to peep into business class and see the whole picture at that level of flights. The food is a dry ration, the same as in all other airlines flying from Russia, and of course ‘meat, chicken and fish’ is a must-have for a tourist.
As for soft drinks, everything is also not very bad, here you will be offered Pepsi, Fanta, plain water and coffee with tea. It turns out some kind of positive feedback about the Pegas Fly airline, well, in principle, it is, apart from one minus. One small minus I did not really like, upon leaving the hotel I was assured that I would be home at exactly 00.00 a.m., but on the plane it already became known that this flight would land only at 1.45 a.m.
In general, it is not very offensive over time, but what about people who have a connecting flight or are expected at the appointed time at some event ... By the way, I fly a lot, but so that the ship's commander himself would meet me on the ladder and tell me how to find my place , I have not yet met this, a huge plus for you Roman (this is the name of the ship's commander, by the way the ship bears the name of the pilot A. Koldunov) for this. In general, the flight from the airline left only positive impressions both from the crew of the ship and the airline itself as a whole.
As for the cabin of the ship, everything is clean before the flight, it is a pity that you have to close your eyes when the plane lands and when you leave the plane you realize that you are flying not with people, but with pigs!
