Vladimir Davydovich Martemyanov in 1966 became the absolute world champion in aerobatics. Martemyanov was born into a working-class family in Kemerovo. Here he lived, studied at school and flew in the Kemerovo flying club. He died young, at the age of 34. "Weather in the house"

The sculpture is based on the song "The Weather in the House Is Most Important of All" and represents a family of mom, dad, son and daughter, standing under an umbrella at the central entrance to Miracles Park. The composition was created with the personal funds of the former governor A. Tuleyev and donated to the city. "Mother and Child"

In May 2016, a sculptural composition "Mother and Child" appeared in the Friendship Park of the Rudnichny District of the capital of Kuzbass, symbolizing the close relationship between mother and child.
